Can I sign up online?
The Consultant Application and Consultant Agreement are available online … both are necessary to become a Purple Rock Independent Consultant. In addition, Purple Rock requires a resale certificate to become an Independent Consultant. After we receive the completed documents, along with a copy of your resale certificate, we will contact you to place your order for the Starter Kit of your choice.
Do I need to pay set up fees or registration fees?
Purple Rock does not charge set up or registration fees to sign up as an Independent Consultant.
Which Starter Kit should I order?
There are various Starter Kits to choose from. We will be happy to help you choose which Kit best fits your goals and needs.
Can I order my Starter Kit online?
The Starter Kits are not available to purchase directly online. After Purple Rock receives your Consultant Application, Consultant Agreement, and a copy of your resale certificate, you will then be contacted to discuss which Starter Kit you are interested in. A PayPal invoice will then be sent to you and your Starter Kit will be shipped after payment is received.
Can I order more Beaded Bra Straps with my Kit?
With the purchase of a Starter Kit you have the one-time option to add extra inventory at special pricing. At Starter Kit pricing the profits earned are 60%.
What compensation should I expect?
Becoming a Purple Rock Independent Consultant means you run your own home-based business. Simply purchase our Beaded Bra Straps at Consultant pricing and as your inventory sells, you make your profits. You receive your earnings right away! No waiting for commission checks. Your sales from the inventory purchased at Starter Kit pricing earns you 60% profit, and for all re-orders your profit is at 50%.
Do I want to recruit new Consultants?
Yes! Recruiting new Consultants is a great way to expand your own business. You earn incentives for every Consultant you sign up as well as incentives on your recruits' ongoing purchases of the Beaded Bra Straps.
What kind of Incentives do you offer?
Purple Rock offers a wonderful and competitive Incentive Program.
Why do I need a resale certificate?
The government requires Purple Rock to have a resale certificate on file for each Independent Consultant in order to sell the inventory without charging tax and allows Purple Rock to sell the inventory at Consultant prices.
Do I need to turn in sales reports?
No sales reports to send to us … Our Consultant Program is designed to be easy and stress free. You are in charge of your own home-based business and because you earn your profits right away, there is no reason for reports. No reports … No commissions … No hassle!
Why does Purple Rock sell Beaded Bra Straps from the website?
We do not want to compete with our Consultants — our website prices are always higher than the Consultant retail prices. Purple Rock is a young company with a very innovative product and currently offers the Beaded Bra Straps via the Web. This is a far less effective tool for sales than YOU wearing the straps. Our desire is to eliminate Web sales when we have Consultants throughout the country. At Purple Rock, the primary goal is to sell as many straps as possible to aid the women in Zimbabwe and spread the Purple Rock Story.
What prices do I charge my clients for the Beaded Bra Straps?
Purple Rock has established retail prices for Consultants to follow. We ask that the Beaded Bra Straps not be sold under those published prices unless there is a direct promotion from Purple Rock. Our Independent Consultants have a more attractive retail price structure for their clients than the advertised prices on our website. This is a deliberate advantage designed to promote our Consultant Program.
What if something does not sell?
No problem. With a new innovative product such as our Beaded Bra Straps, it won't be easy in the beginning to know exactly which straps will sell faster, so if you have any styles that are not selling as quickly as others, Purple Rock will gladly exchange them for you. Simply send us an email letting us know which straps you plan on returning and which straps you would like to have. We will work out the details and you will either have a balance due or a credit toward more straps.
What if a client wants to return her straps?
We have a great return policy. Purple Rock offers exchanges &/or refunds. As a Consultant, your clients will return their purchase back to you so that you can offer them an exchange or refund.
How do I order more straps?
To place a reorder of straps, fill out a Consultant Order Form; which is found on our website, and send it to us via email or fax. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you and your order will be shipped after payment is received.
How are my orders shipped?
Your Kit and reorders are shipped UPS Ground delivery unless otherwise requested by the Consultant. The cost of the shipping will be reflected on your PayPal invoice.
